At forty you are young enough. As long as you are working and maintaining good relations, you are young. It is said- a man is as old as he feels and a woman as old as she looks. However, a woman may change the proverb as - A woman is as old as she feels; a man as old as he looks.

Men and Women both should feel young at heart and not care about their looks. :) :)

In real world, aging is inevitable. We will all experience it someday and while we cannot stop aging from happening, we can at least slow
