Do we get points for submitting quiz?

following guideline is mentioned in rules

Submit a quiz with minimum 10 valid questions: 20 cash credits & 20 points
Respond to a quiz: 2 points

i guess, something is wrong here.

please provide your inputs on this.

Because i dont think i have ever received 20 points for submitting quiz.

You get 20 points for submitting a quiz(approved and published) and when you respond to quiz submitted by others also you get 20 points.This is what I understood from the rules.But i didn't counter check it.

5 of my quizzes got approved and published.But I didn't find that 20 points(for each quiz) is credited to my account.Will these points be added when the quiz is submitted or when it is published?. :)

I had responded to some quizes and had got message that points are credited.
