Right to information(RTI) successful or not

can you explain this post about.I couldnot understand anything.

I think this piece of legislation can be a very effective instrument in fighting corruption in this country!

Only an informed person can fully enjoy use of his constitutional and legal rights and get protection from injustice and unfair conduct by those in authority.

The citizen can get relevant information thanks to Right to Information Act. This goes contrary to officials secrets act that enables officials to withhold all information under garb of secrecy.
