Money or job satisfaction

Both of them are important but we need to give according to your situation.

Job satisfaction should be the prime factor while selecting a job.

Both money and job satisfaction is important but satisfacion from job retain u as longer earner.

Let's face it there are hardly any jobs with both money and satisfaction. And very few people manage to get such type of jobs. This is the reason we always prefer satisfaction because money comes and goes but once we make adjustment to life, that time hardly comes back again.

Job satisfaction depends on compatibility between the job and the worker. Every job requires some skills- namely, artistic, verbal, quantitative, logic, sport etc. The job suiting your skill will give satisfaction. Army and police job will suit a person with good physical stamina, strength and sports skill. An argumentative, orator, logical person will be a good advocate. Thus, you need to first assess and discover your own traits and nature and then match job with your attributes. If you do so, you will get job satisfaction. If you get job satisfaction, you will excel in the job and go ahead ultimately earning more money also.

I had changed from my earlier job in front of my house which also paid well to a job 110 kilometers away just for job satisfaction!

hello friend i did not have any idea about it so i cannot comment on that it is not my opinion.

for me job satisfaction comes first, but i feel both are important in one's life..
