This is about killing of political opponents in Lalgarh West Bengal. The Maoists also called Naxalites killed other political workers. The Maoists and Trinmool congress workers were also killed. This has been viewed seriously by Central government. The Kolkata High court also asked the West Bengal govt about case diary. The Court is hearing the case. Thus the issue of killing of political rivals is in court.
Every party in WB has this type of setup some owned by themselves and some indirectly like Trinumul Congress who has tie ups with hooligans like PCPA and Maoists.
Maoist links of Trinmool congress flayed at mass meeting.
