The telecom regulator, TDSAT directed Uninor to pay 60% of the penalty, demanded by the Department of Telecom (DoT), for failing to roll out services within the stipulated period.

I just want to know is uninor services are good and i planned to buy their services as nowadays airtel and vodafone are not good at our regions.
