How to punish people involved in child abuse?

Child abuse is the cruelity that is a very sad thing in our society . The people who are abusing children should be punished havily by the law .

The family members should throw the child abusers away from the family.The society should consider him as a ugly being.

Apart from punishing according to Indian Penal code, the premises, vehicles and anything used for committing crime should be confiscated, driving licence, passport canceled.

These kind of people should be hanged to death immediately after proving they did child abuse.

This is a very good suggestion. child abuse is definitely very heinous and worse than murder. This will need amendment to criminal law.

I also agree that the punishment should be very severe and even death can be implemented on such cases.

Severe punishments can only put a stop to such deadly crimes.....

the person should be punished severely and finally should be sentenced to death.

This crime is continuing as there is no model punishment.So severe punishment is the only way.
