Thanks a lot for the link to that post. It is really very helpful for any new member like me. Just one point though - since the points system has changed, I think the post needs to be edited so that the newbies don't get confused.

Yes, you are right the points system has since been changed... I gave you the link of an old thread just to show you the path... now can easily find a right direction all by yourself...
