A person has been put in jail for 75 years on some big crime, after 75 years they found that he is not the culprit.what the justice should be given to him now.As he lost his reputation and his spend his whole life in jail.

I wish, people should verify and punish the culprit.

There is a moto of our country that 100 criminals can be spared but an innocent should not suffer . But this incident contradicts this law.

This is gross injustice and there is no remedy. But life is complex. Injustice cannot be altogether avoided. Courts decide on basis of evidence. But I think such cases are rare.

There may be many cases like this but we don't know about them, recently a case was told in a media. by that only i posted this thread.
