Worldwide there has been a large shift towards less physically demanding work.
A home workout is a great way to get regular exercise. Check out the exercises for a comprehensive home workout
doing exercises at morning is the best time to work out , as people will be with fresh mind at mornings.
i also feel that doing exercises in the morning keeps you fresh for the day..
