The government's plans to seek views of political parties before releasing the report has met with strong opposition. TRS party members out of the meeting.
On ground zero Security has been tightened. A total of 50 companies of paramiltary forces, including CISF, BSF & CRPF have been deployed.
It is expected to see the final verdict in the afternoon.
Option 1: Maintain status quo with a United Andhra Pradesh. Either CM or Deputy CM could be from Telangana region.
Option 2: Bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh into Seemandhra and Telangana. Hyderabad to be made a Union Territory, while both regions to have their own captitals.
Option 3: Bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh into Rayaltelangana and Coastal Andhra. Hyderabad to stay with Rayaltelangana.
Option 4: Bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh into Seemandhra and Telangana. Hyderabad to remain a common capital.
Option 5: Andhra Pradesh to remain United. New Telangana Regional Council to be formed.
