I support for Dell as i bought Dell some few months ago and it has accidental coverage and it is the only manufacturing company that has accidental coverage for it's spare parts and which no other organization has ever done?
Can you tell me what is ment by accidental coverage for the laptop.
sales in India are at an all time high, due to the recent growth of a new breed of technology conscious IT users.
this is true and fact, sales in India are at an all time high
Accidental Coverage is just like "WARRANTY" for the product you purchase. As for the laptop, if you damage it accidentally (not purposely) during some crash, or due to spilling water or juice on it, then the company will repair your laptop for free of cost, provided you prove the damage to be an accident and not on purpose. Moreover the Coverage would be only for couple of years from the purchase date.
Often the customers are mislead on the term "Warranty" and "Guaranty"
"Guaranty" and "Warranty" are two completely different terms which many customers get fooled with. GUARANTY for a product is nothing but the replacement of the entire product in case of any damage happens to it within the specified time limit. Where as WARRANTY is only repairing the same product to make it in working condition (they wont replace the product). Nowadays no companies prefer giving "Guaranty" for any of their products as it is huge loss to their funds.
