An increasing number of youngsters are suffering from heart problems
A blood pressure reading of 120/80 is considered normal, anything higher than this is either pre-hypertension or hypertension. Persons with abnormal pressure are at an increased risk of complications on a long term basis. Hypertension is largely without symptoms for the first 15 to 20 years even as it progressively damages the vascular system and end organs.

Heart problems are increased when you are more worried and not at peace of mind. If you take adequate rest, have positive attitude and free from worries, there will be no heart problem. When you feel nervous in a critical situation, heart beat rises. Thus, it is necessary to have peaceful mind.
