Deletion of rejected articles

Hi All,

We are going to cleanup our databases and as part of it we will be deleting all rejected articles that are submitted on or before 30th Nov 2009.

We request to make a back up of your articles if you need them.

Scheduled clean up date: 1st Jan 2010.

Please note that only content will be deleted and the URLs will be preserved for statistics and other purposes.

Thanks Maveric to taking this action I was waiting for this things long time now i am happy that my rejected article will remove.

when are articles reviewed now i wrote 3 articles yesterday still not reviewed

Yes, that will leave a positive impression for the members.

But, my doubt is that, articles rejected after that prescribed date ( 30th November )will still remain the same right?

And @ Cool Boy,
Please wait for 24 hours time period. If you have submitted only yesterday, it is still not past 24 hours. It is natural to have a short delay. Be patient.

Do not worry more about after 30th articles this type of maintenance will carry on time to time so just keep posting articles.

I think the rejected article will be deleted.Will we have to take copy of the published articles also. MAverick your post creates some confusion.

I never said published articles will be deleted. To be clear:

All the content from REJECTED articles will be deleted. You will see a DELETED message only in your rejected article.
