Made from wheat gram, bananas and skimmed milk, this unusual combination is a power-packed drink. It is low in fat and sugar and high on protein and complex carbs.
Ingredients: 500 ml skimmed milk, 2 medium-sized bananas, 4 tbsp wheat germ (soaked for 30 minutes) Method: Puree all the ingredients until thick. Serve chilled.
