Watermelon cooler
Rich in antioxidants, watermelon is also a good source of vitamins C and A. When combined with the cooling property of rose, it minimises the risk of dehydration. Ingredients: 500 gm watermelon, 2 tbsp rose syrup, 1tbsp lemon juice, 1 cup watermelon (cut into cubes) Method: Blend the watermelon to juice consistency. Add to this the rose syrup, lemon juice and mix well. Pour in a glass and garnish with watermelon pieces.
