Foreign national entry to North East

The Government have relaxed rules for entry of foreign nationals to sensitive areas of North East. Pakistan and Chinese nationals have been excluded.

It is not understood why U.S.A. has not been excluded. The U.S. agency C.I.A. is notorious for subversive activities throughout the world. The leakage about talk of U.S. Ambassador with congress General Secretary clearly point out the extent of intervention in internal affairs of India.
