Cycling is really good for our body. It helps to get stamina. It helps us to reduce our body weight.

I used to do cycling daily before but now it is not possible daily, as we cannt travel long distances through cycle and it need lot of energy.. :lol: But no one knows how much calories it burns and how good it is ..neetu has solved the problem and educated us.. :)

Cycling is always thought to be one most effective exercises.We must encourage it in a big way to conserve energy and for its apparent health benefits!

Apart from health reasons, cycling is nil fuel vehicle and completely pollution free. I once read that in a European city, the corporation has provided free bicycles for all to use. One has to pick up a bicycle from road and to leave somewhere on road after using so that some one else may use it.

All the benefits of cycling It’s a proved practice that cycling brings many benefits: tones muscles, keeps joints healthy and efficient and heart trained, helps the circulation, improves lung capacity. In addition, it allows to dispose of the extra kilos.

You can feel an elevation instamina even after wek of cycling. I regularly do it for 7 kms daily in the morning.
