Every living being residing on this earth can do suicide in way or the other.......when humans does it gets noticed when animals or insects does it is taken as normal death. If you would believe me even a ant can do suicide or you may take it as a passing joke....

Any living thing may commit suicide. The insects burn themselves in fire. However suicide is implementation of a conscious decision to end one's life. The animals work on instinct and not conscious plan. Secondly, animals have far less reasons for suicude. They cannot lose lottery, fail in exam and career. Thus, the animals are very less likely to commit suicide.
