Why Does Pakistan Refuse Stubbornly the Lessons of History!

At the UN General Assembly Pakistan does it again.Its Foreign Minister raised the Kashmir issue once again and lectured India on human rights violations forgetting its horrendous record in commiting the gravest of all crimes against humanity at large by promoting terrorism and becoming a terrorist state! Even its nuclear scientist is a terrorist!! Why it doesn't understand that those who play with fire are dommed to be devoured by it!!!
