It is called 'here you have' or 'VBMania' and is a simple Trojan Horse that have attack NASA server and other security departments.

    From 1980 till now 12 times NASA server has been hacked either by a single person or it is attacked by virus.

    I strongly beleive than some employee from NASA who has be layoff must have designed such virus to attack it..In many cases old employees are the main reason...
