India is first in World Bank Loan : Why it is so ?

Both Public and politicians.. but Major fault goes to the public.. They are responsible for this... Public came together can achieve things...

We got loan from WB in July to check our natural disaster and what we donate $5million to Pakistan, we are great you see starve our own and feed the neighbors seems to the policy.

Well Satish can you explain in what way public or responsible..

I think indian people have to come forward and do something to stop this..

It is the public who opted and voted for the government. If people get money to vote for a particular party how will india improvise? :(
