I agree with you Sajeetharan, but if an Act of a lawa which is in place for common good is being used indiscriminately and to spite some one, it is time to take note of it!

Sajeetharan- Family is basic social unit. This is not like school mates friendship. Frequent breaking up of families weakens the society as a whole. I think divorce should be freely permitted as long as couple do not have kids. Divorce should be very rarely allowed to couples with children. If the divorce is allowed, the couple should be ordered to pay for upbringing of children to any other person or institution that will look after their children.
