It is demand of whole India to abolish these two section. About section 35 A matter is in supreme court so government is bound to obey decision of court. BJP have 302 seats and NDA have 353 seats. It may be possible that some parities of NDA will not support abolisation of section 35 A and 370.
It might not be so easy to abolish these. Though BJP has good numbers in lower house, getting it passed through upper house will be really a big challenge. Moreover Abdullahs in J&K have already challenged this government for the same. They will not let it happen for their personal and political gain in valley.

I am very much hopeful. I can see 35A soon withdrawn and make a way for abolishing 370. I don't think many have noticed that we have three divisions in J&K state in place of earlier two. Now Ladakh is separate division apart from Jammu and Srinagar. There used to be only two until recently so it's obvious that they are trying to keep the valley's influence limited and distribute administration in various parts.
This has been a talk on all media channels. They all seem to give a clue that somewhere Shah has started with strategic plans to do so. Though they have not revealed it how. Most of the channels have given this a biggest challenge to Shah.
We can just hope for it to happen. This will definitely lead to a lot of unrest. And opposition, leftists, separatists, pseudo intellects and the whole brigade will try to fuel this unrest. But after the initial unrest things will be resolved for a long run.
We can not have a state as our liability. To be a part of India, it has to give up the special status and merge in as an integral part of India.

On the first day i.e. yesterday when Shah took charge of Home Ministry, called for two MHA Meetings.
The second meeting was attended by top MHA officials, Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, IB and RAW chief and all other concerned people. That meeting was lasted for around two and half hours and media reports suggests that matters concerning Kashmir and NRC was discussed in that meeting.

In lower house BJP need 2/3 votes to remove it. NDA have 353 seat. NDA need 7 more seats to remove. In upper house it is not easy to pass this bill. But BJP must be present and pass this bill in lower house. If it will not passed in upper house BJP can blame it for opposition.
