P.M. is to address students today. Regards to all teachers. This day I remember my teachers without whose contribution I would not be what I am.

Today Modi is addressing children. Let us hope that he will inspire chidren to respct theri teachers and prepare themselves for becoming good citizens in future. Undoubtedly, future of nation depens on future citizens. Teachers have a great role.

Is PM's address a PR blunder. I can't say. But let us se the link:

Lakshmi Chaudhury who has written the article for the post is a well known Congress stooge so one cannot go by what she says, it will be the opinion of Congress party which anyway is fuming with envy and jealousy !
Moreover it matters little whether this is PR blunder or not. What matters is the message.

I agree with that ....Modi is doing certain things differently and as long as it has positive results it is to be welomed , if not automatically it will be rejected by the people...

That and the fact that he is making a lot of efforts to reach out to the young children who are the future makers of our nation. No PM before Modi had really tried that, children are quite impressionable and he has shown wisdom in trying to reach out to them directly.

Modi by addressing students of various schools...has made a novel initiative in the Indian system, he is trying to reach people of all age groups..including children, which is commendable. The students did seem very enthusiastic about meeting our PM aired in various news channels...as long as he is able to implement his promises...i see this as a positive approach.
Yes it is a good beginning and positive approach towards the development of the nation. As the majority of population in india are youth, it is good to start from children at school and asking their views.
Former PM Late Nehru , then former president Kalam who freely mixed with children and now present PM Modi also have a good and opne disucssion with students. He said one significant voice in that interaction, is of to keep qualities of some of childhood in every persons.

There is nothing wrong in PM's message on teacher's day. Rather, he advised the children to make the country a hub of knowledge by cultivating hood habits like book reading. I'm of the opinion, PM's message is very idealistic and realistic .
