This is not surprising. Manifesto is more or less a formality. There are very few who read verbatim. But salient points only are known through verbal discussion or gathered from speeches of leaders. newspapers. This is rue about many other people. I know that there are many in Rashtriya swayam Sewak sangh who never read Guru Golvalkar'as book- We- our nationhod defined- ad 'bunch of thoughts. But many know salient points only as these are discussed. However I read both these boks even though I'm opposed to RS ideology.

Indeed you considered the worth and content of these books though you are opposed to RSS ideology..

Actually there are two types of individuals everywhere. There are those who read minutely but they are not actual workers in field. Then there are those who do not read so much but listen and take active interest and get some working knowledge in the process. This happens everywhere. You may not have read the Puranas but would be knowing a lot through newspaper articles and attending religious gatherings. You may not read bible but just attending church will teach you a lot. .

I agree with you. There are several ways to acquire knowledge. One need not go through Bhagvat Geeta word to word to know the simple truth,"" Don't steal."
