Manmohan singh is highly regarded for his clean image. But it is pity that he survived his last days of first term by questionable and immoral means to get 'majority'. In his second term, he has neglected to avoid scams simply for clinging to power.
I think he should take some rest and proceed for holy journey. India wants new face to become PM of India. Condition of India is becoming worst day by day.

Corruption and wrong decisions are two different matters. Raja was in Telecom and he is primarily responsible. Even if others knew, at best they could prevent wrong decisions. Secondly, even Raja is not so guilty if there is mistake in policy decision. Nobody is guilty only for faulty decisions collectively taken. Only those who accepted bribe or illegitimate money for favoring business houses are guilty and need be punished under criminal law.
