Apparently, there is utter lawlessness not only among criminals who are supposed to be so. Thee are many irresponsible anarchists who will mindlessly create law and order problems. This is also not so unexpected. But what if the governments also do not abide by legal provisions and act arbitrarily.

The Uttar Pradesh Government has acted very unjustly and arbitrarily be banning 'Arakashan' a movie passed by Censor Board. After getting censor board certificate, the film can be screened all over India. Banning film on pretext of law and order and forming opinion even before seeing film only shows scant regard for law of land, decorum and rule of law. Probably not law but whim is the guide to action for U.P. politicos and bureaucrats.

The act of Uttar Pradesh government is really Unlawful and undemocratic.
I hope by now Mayavati government has learnt its lessons with Supreme Court overruling it!
Thank you said by: Gulshan Kumar Ajmani
they should be ordered to remove the bann on movie.
It is unnecessary ban when already the movie is cerified by censor board. :(
Prakash Jha and th producer of the film should remain indebted to Mayavati for making it more popular!
this is very samefull act in uttar pradesh and think mayawati should keep some same.
