I think that this statement has been given as part of diplomacy.They are so short sighted that they keep on playing foul games by killing huge number of Indians without getting worried that one can't exist by having ill will with the strong neighbor.

ofcourse our military is strong and discilpined , but pakistani getting financial help from US so they experimenting on missiles and other weapons for the wrong use in future.
