PMO has denied back level talk with Pakistan. In fact, any unofficial talks are not disclosed. The press must not sensationalize by 'leaking' unofficial talks in national interests. It is obviously necessary in national interests to continue talks formally as well as informally. Informal talks are only for facilitating better relations and formal talks that follow.
Pakistan Army has refused to comment on Manmohan Kayani talks. This is obvious. First, there is no evidence of such talks and the news is only to sensationalize. Secondly, such talks are off the record and unofficial. Nobody will confirm these. Media should refrain from such rumor mongering.
