Senior players want two-week break from IPL

It is learnt that certain senior India players have requested the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for two weeks of rest from the forthcoming Indian Premier League. The opening fixture, which is scheduled for Friday would witness a clash between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders at Chennai.

Yes. This decision must have been taken long back. It is very true that they need a break after a month of physical and mental workouts.
Senior players were in a tough series of ICC World Cup 2011.So they require rest.

Very true, these players are human beings.. They do require rest and be with their families.. Their is too much of cricket played now a days...
Players are now back in their families and are enjoying the private parties.
