Butt out for 10 years, Asif 7 and Amir 5
Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif and Mohammad Amir have been banned for 10, 7 and 5 years respectively after an ICC tribunal found them guilty of spot-fixing stemming from the Lord's Test against England last year. The sanctions against Butt and Asif have five and two years suspended, which means that the trio cannot play any official, sanctioned cricket, international or domestic, for a minimum of five years, until September 2015.

I guess all of them deserved this because they tried to impure the game's spirit.
I am not able to understand why ICC is so soft cornered with Asif as he has already been warned with my allegations and still giving him just 7 years of ban?

No this is not good because one get ban of 10 years and other get 5 years this is not right if they do same mistake they get the same period of banned..
Why there is a difference in the punishment levied to the trio?
Those who are accused in match fixing should get severe punishment than this.

As chinmoy stated these young chaps has lost their career altogether!!!
i think the ICC has given a strong statement on match fixing. i also feel that there must be enough awareness among players on match fixing.
