Corruption may be menace in China but not at the scale prevalent in India. The software in China will work. If the same software is used in India, our ministers and officers will corrupt even this.

In China, there is death penalty for corruption.

Yes what you said holds true but not without giving it a try.
Its good step taken by china to prevent corruption. India should also introduce such policies, which is very important for the country.
This has to be introduced some time and its good that China have launched it finally. Its good to have to keep economy of country corruption free.
If that software comes to India, we can make India Awesome without corruption.
By introduction of such software there will be kind of fear factor while committing corruption by all.
i think its a great initiative taken by the Chinese Govt, hope it works well for them..

hello friend i did not have any idea about it so i cannot comment on that it is not my opinion.
This software is to be tested in top corrupted countries first to have a correct test run.
i think our Indians will try to find a crack for the software, hope it works well in China..
