There have been many cases of accidental deaths when large crowds gather for religious or other purposes. Recent event of of stampede at Sabrimala in Kerala. It seems authorities do not take adequate precautions.

This is really sad to hear about the sabrimala incident. If Kerala government takes bit care then such incident may not be occurs.
