Every living organism requires energy. In order for life’s activity to take place, human cells must create their own energy. Every day trillions and trillions of cells toil for ingesting and digesting nutrients, removing toxic wastes and reproducing themselves.
Needless to say that cell health is vital for producing energy. Healthy life style, Healthy eating habits promote the cell health. This ensures we wake up, get to work, enjoy life and provides optimistic attitude towards life. One can enjoy the bliss of life, both physically and mentally.
Both physical and mental energy are also directly dependent on your well being. Today's lifestyle is such that although you get paid well, you are expected to work for 10-12 hours a day without giving you room for any healthy activities or diet.So, it is all the more important for people to be aware and make the best they can so that they dont feel drained ..One can achieve very little without being energetic and alert !
I agree that eating is fun and noone will eat all their favorite food everyday, so once in a while it is good to let go and eat all you like, I do it at least 2 or 3 times a month, eat chaat, burgers,fries, sweets,ghee parathas , all my favorite indulgences nothing happens by doing that ! It depends on how you balance out with exercise,water and also being careful on other days ..
