Truth must be accepted. Being dogmatic and sticking to one's own opinion despite proofs about the truth, History cannot be changed.
So it is agreed that the mighty king Shah Jahan could not find adequate space by the Jamuna in Agra to build Taj Mahal. He also lacked finances so he renovated an existing structure. Most Masjids face Mecca but not all do. Any stray historian esp from white countries is to be believed verbatim. Deeply held prejudices even if wrong will come in way of logic and contributions. They have to be repeated ad nauseum. Soon Taj Mahal will be renamed it seems.
Taj will be renamed or not, Msjid's face towards Mecca or not the question here. the poster of the thread has provided a link which was not the creation of "Saffron Brigade ". Others are individual opinions like that of yours.
Whatever the reason there is some evidence to prove that there could have been a temple there before although now , we can only discuss about it and there is nothing wrong with that.Whenever such a doubt surfaces the so called secular brigade point fingers at saffron brigade ( whether they are involved or not) and try to negate such claims with all their might...
Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!
We should discuss any proof provided by a non Indian. Because it's become a practice to blame BJP, RSS and other related Hindu oriented parties created such proofs. At least to clear their doubts and suspicions it is necessary to discuss such proofs provided by Non Indians

There is no need to prove that on any existing building, some other structure would have been prior. It is the same land that has been occupied by various persons or communities from time time. Taj Mahal is a few centuries old and it is well understood that the site would not have been vacant in earluer times. What else isto prove. There are miscreants who wish to create communal hatred on any pretextx and in this they may get direct and indirect support from some foreighn sources as well.. .

I agree with you sir. You used an appropriate word " Miscreants. " Their mission is to create communal hatred. And Miscreants may be anybody. They are faceless.. For this reason a particular religious group or a political party need not be blamed and label them permanently as traitors.
When the so called secular parties and their followers accept facts with grace or at least introspect and see whether there is any truth in the claims it puts the entire matter in a different perspective altogether but going on denying for the sake of doing so even when there is evidence and blaming what they call some imaginary saffron brigade for every ill is what is amusing ...

We can be very much sure that the truth will not be accepted by the secular brigade gracefully as is evident from snide comments from some of our honored members! LOL.

Truth is bitter. It can't be assimilated. I can understand such people who cannot assimilate truth will hang on with their dogmatism. Can this dogmatism act as an eraser that has the power to erase the History ?
