Unnecessary controversy over Smriti Irani heading the HRD ministry..

Congress person Ajay Maken tweeted about Smriti Irani and BJP has rightly hit back asking about Madame Sonia's qualification ! Does anyone know ? has anyone ever asked so far , and she was given the entire nation on a platter :ohmy: :unsure:

I appreciate Ajay Makens tweets about Smriti Irani's qualification. To that matter no minister in Modi's cabinet is having qualification in "Boot licking." That's what he meant by qualification.

Maken is trying to help from experience of Sonia and her qualifications and the fate of the country under her leadership. Not so sure about boot lockers, it takes time to know.

The problem with people like Maken and his kind is to create controversies and stay in news - the same fellow sat like a puppet when Rahul Gandhi insulted Manmohan singhs ordinance calling it rubbish and throwing it in the dustbin of course it is these arrogant actions that have been the cause of their failure !

Maken is trying to help from experience of Sonia and her qualifications and the fate of the country under her leadership. Not so sure about boot lockers, it takes time to know.

Maken lacks the wisdom of waiting for some time before jumping to hasty and foolish conclusions. And these jokers ruled the country and forced the country to the brink of disaster. I pray the almighty to bestow a spoonful of wisdom on this Boot licker of nth order.

I too strongly feel that along with capability educational qualification should also be a criteria for the selection of ministers and it should be made a rule .But since we have not had any such rule and we have had some very questionable characters heading our nation in various mnistries , Smritis qualification or lack of it is not at all an issue...

Your Title of the thread carries the word "Unnecessary" aptly suited. Much Ado about nothing. Now the Congress has no work. Naturally they indulge in unnecessary issue like this to be in the limelight

Smriti herself has come out with a statement after having been silent for the past two days when the controversy and back and forth argument were raging between Congress and BJP over the issue - she feels she shd be judged by her work , which seems fair enough..

Yesterday a legal person on a TV program said even if a candidate has lost an election he/she can be prosecuted for wrong affidavit. In today's atmosphere it seems there is sympathy for BJP "uneducated" over Congress "uneducated".

Smriti might have been vague when she gave details of her qualifications in 2004, however, now she might have given the correct picture, so all the controversy arises.However, if congress goes in for a legal debate they will open a Pandoras box since it becomes an issue where all the leaders may have to come up with their own qualifications - what will Rahul Gandhi, Sonia and many others claim to have studied ? More importantly what have they declared in their affidavits ?

Then what's stopping them from prosecuting Smriti ? instead the congress bunch of uneducated started an issue that has once again proved that Congress uneducated are far far inferior.

The affidavits were given to the Election Commission. It is they who should be taking action in the matter, if at all. Like on TV debates, BJP uneducated are better than Congress uneducated. And debating this are "educated".

Glad to know that issue has come to an end. But I'm worried about the safety of confidential documents in a prestigious university like DU.
