Second of such incidents? Congress is the birth place of incidents of highhandedness.There are innumerable number of such cases.
Gradually, they are seeing the light.

We have missed police handedness against junior doctors in Kanpur. MLA belonging to ruling party interfered when some medicxal college junior doctors were misbehaving with an elderly man. Then the junior doctors hurt the MLA and his guner and damaged cars. consequently police had to interfere. Many junior doctors were hurt by police and also arrested. Consequently, doctors not only in Kanpour but also in other places went on strike. Some patrients have died for want of medical treatment. At Agra, also there is strike in S.N. Medical college and hospital including emergency.

This is just a matter of some tolerance and proper behavior. Unnecessarily some small quarrel resulted in large scale disturbance.
