They will have to, as there are sufficient chances of Modi being the future PM, then if they ignore him, then Modi can ignore US and go to other like minded nations, it is all about business, and many countries are looking with friendly ties with India even with Modi, as it is the money which matters for them, and if some countries continue to boycott him for longer period of time, it become useless and that is what reflecting upon many international leaders, as they have seen industries are prospering under him and they want to gain much from it, government of US have said so in earlier as they want to form ties with current establishment and now they are seeing the future and trying to show their umbrella where the rain is falling, it does not surprise me to the least as they are business minded people and will support those who will give them benefits, it is a completely corporate culture and noting difference from it. In these assembly elections, the way BJP gets its vote back and being Modi as PM candidate, justifies to the point that somewhere they have been some increase support from minorities.
