Talwars found guity of murdering their daughter Aarushi..

I don't know what would be the final verdict on this case but one thing is sure that if Talwars have, indeed, committed this diabolical crime and if the apex court sets them free they would live the rest of their lives in a prison of their troubled and tormented conscience till death truly sets them free!!!

That one is hard punishment for them.

The Indian evidence act is clear about how far you can trust circumstantial evidence. Circumstantial evidence is nothing except a number of possibilities. When the possibilities are probabilities narow down to only one, the guilt is proved. In this case there was only one possibility and that is that the couple muredered their daughter as nobody else could do that in the circumstances.

Thats exactly what I feel, that even if they are set free , ca they run away from their conscience ? From all accounts now , one feels that there is more than a fair chance that they have committed the crime although the reason seems very flimsy. Either way they will repent all their life ...It doesnt matter whether they are in jail or outside.Prison may be better since they will be free from life long suspicion and questioning glances ...

That news ran for a few hours in many channels but later forced to withdraw. That was swapping kind of party, uprising children is a big task which they missed badly with their own behavior.

This is a court's verdict, earlier there was media trial which can be biased, but the judgment reached and with circumstantial evidence points to them, as they are doctors they might have erased prominent clues in order to stall the process of law. But this case is unimaginable, how can creator destroys its offspring, mind boggling.

Court has already issued a list of points related to circumstantial evidence. All the points are pointing towards the accused. Parents killing children in the name of 'Honor Killing' are not uncommon.

That perhaps, is going to be hardest of all punishments. Living with a guilty conscience with the image of their dying daughter completely engulfing them would make it worse than an infernal existence for both who would be doomed to hate each other till their last breath!!!

In fact according to one of my relative who is their neighbor since many years, Aarushi is not their biological child.The lady does not know whether she is adopted or whether she belongs to the family and legally adopted by the couple...
