Sure it's government's order and courts to decide whether it comes under breach of law. It certainly doesn't ask for any consent but it sure will open a Pandora box.

A person of Kejriwal's staute, what does it mean, is he become super natural or he has to win elections like Shelia Dikhit or Modi for more than two times to prove his stature, as what he say or not does not matter anything, it is court's order and if govt. not putting investigation then it could have been breach of court's order, the matter is between govt and the honorable court.

I think Kejriwal a former Income tax commissioner should know the rules, I hope he better knows the rules if he does not know them already. To be in politics one must learn about rules and laws of the land otherwise it's hard to to run a state or country. having said that, i am not sure though if all politicians who make the laws and rules know them fully well.

As a winner of Magsaysay award Kegriwal is heads and shoulders above Sheila Dixit when it comes to moral and ethical values.. All those who won the elections two times are super humans ? In politics only people sans morality and ethics will win not twice, but many times. First of all make yourself clear that Kejriwal did not say any thing except, that he is ready for investigation . And added that BJP and congress also should be investigated.

But all these transactions should be done prior to Govt. approval, otherwise some FERA or FEMA I am confuses between these two laws will apply, and that is what Govt. and premiere investigative agencies is investigating.

There is also Foreign currency regulation act, which has probably been violated. In fact, we need to get any money from abroad pnly through banking channel. Money received direct from abroad is Hawala, which is unlawful. Also being in possession of foreign currency above certain limit is unlawful. If you have foreign currency, this must be exchanged only through banks or authorized foreign exchange dealers and not otherwise. It appears that 'AAP' is involved in these irregularities. 'AAP' has also charged other parties with getting funds from 'Vedanta' which is foreign. But in fact, though foreign, Vedanta has an Indian subsidiary registered in India. Funds received from Indian subsidiary of foreign company are not foreign funds unlike that received by AAP. The fact of putting everything on website has no meaning. This is like somebody committing robbery and then writing all details on website and boasting of 'transparency'.

I dont think that they have committed any robbery....then we can imagine what kind of dacoity the other larger parties might have been indulging in....AAP is a party that is becoming popular and NRIs have made a huge donation in the past months and they are ready for a proble and have asked the other parties do the same ! will the other parties object or keep on talking about technicalities that dont exist !

Rules are being bent backwards by the politicians day in and day out - we see that happening with everything whether it is incoming foreign funds or mayawatis bunglow. When it comes to smaller parties like AAP and middle class people rules are forced down...all the citizens are aware of this and the Congress party cannnot fool anyone...

I don't think that AAP is intentionally wrong. There could be some lapse technically and if understood, note can be kept for rectification in future. It is good that the Delhi people have some one other than the two big parties. Kejriwal and his party should also get a chance to practically participate in administration as a departure from mere criticism of all and sundry.

But the way big fish is trying to eat small fish is ridiculous. What people paid in 5-10-20$ is being shouted upon but they do not see or say a word about millions of $$$ coming from foreign companies through there Indian subsidiaries is kept with in 51% and 49% methods. And both big parties are involved in such transactions.
