Thai yoga together with thai massage is good for health. It releases muscles from cramp and strains. He relaxes body and makes you fit.
Just spending 20 minutes a day for Yoga, one can achieve robust health for ever. But the sessions should be without a break.

I have not so good feelings about Yoga, as I am firm believer of exercise physical outdoor and indoor, though others must differ with it, from my society every body believes in doing firm exercise instead of Yoga, if not performed under strict guide lines can have negative indications.

Basically what they do is to make your muscles flexible . The more flexible you are the more gile you remain after you cross a certain age. Any form of regular exercise can do wonders for your system...

It depends of the person. I have habit of doing Yoga daily especially Meditation and Pranayama. I never had any guidance from the instructor. In these days of effective communication system. one can easily refer any website to get guidance. I refer to a plethora of videos available in Utube.

It did not happen to me and to many others who are performing yoga since years who learned through 'Self Taught ' books. But i agree that it should not be done in a jiffy. 'Calm and slow' is the key to success in Yoga.
