We not bother about composition of Union cabinet. The ruling party/ P.M. may choose team as considered fit. Let us bother only about policy and achievement- not about team in cabinet.

But when the likes of Mr.Sashi Tharoor getting back his minister position, we need to bother about individuals... few months back he was abducted from his post on the basis of scam, now he his back without any problem.. Thats really a matter of concern..

Was this cabinet re-shuffle really needed? Was this an act by the scam-hit UPA govt for a Face-Lift? What's your view on this guys?

Manu, warm welcome to Boddunan Family. I wish you keep rocking! Tremendous changes in cabinet this time.

"Tremendous"???????!!!!!!!!! I will use the word "Eye-wash" for this cabinet re-shuffle..

This is very true. We want development in economics and employment opportunities. The crime rate and corruption level should also decrease in the country. However no party at present can provide us with such stuffs.

I think Kejriwal's India against Corruption can do a better job bt they lack good leaders nation-wide..Even i'm planning of making a move into that party..

You do not get a basket for every egg. Similarly, we do not need a political party for each purpose. It is not feasible to organize some new political party now and then at least at national level. We may see that even in other countries, only two or three established political parties work. It is best to function through the established political parties. If Kejriwal and others wish to rid Indian of corruption or any other ill, they will achieve more by joining existing parties like congress or BJP or even Left parties. They may work to replace the existing 'corrupt' politicians with 'honest' ones. These nation level parties also hold internal elections and any change can be brought through these instead of new organizations yet to take shape.

Once again Rahul Gandhi has rejected to be part of the Cabinet. It is expected that he will be soon appointed as party's 'Working President'.
Sonia Gandhi may resign. In the coming election Chairperson of UPA will not be Mrs. Gandhi.

Rahul Gandhi once was the dynamic face of Indian Youth.. But not anymore.... He is good at doing the "political-Stunts" such as travelling in local train, eating food from a poor man's hut (point to be noted:in new plate and glasses, fan etc especially for him) during election time.. He was last seen active during UP elections.. Then he went for "Vanavas".. Now its again election time.. He will come out of den soon.. Bt in Gujarat elections he will not hav any role to play,as he knows he will be thrashed by the Modi-supporting feelings in Gujarat..

There is criticism from all parties and also the general public especially about Salman Kurshid who is facing corruption charges and has been given the prestigious external ministry.Another major issue is with regard to Jaiapl reddy who is probably one of the cleanest politicians in Congress, has been demoted to a less important portfolio, obviously under pressure from Reliance...

Rightly said usha...

Let us see the way of working of new team of ministers although I do not see much of difference taking place in coming months.
\
Ya,let us see.. bt i dont think they can create an impact with this less time left.. this is only an action by congress to satisfy the other supporting parties of UPA.. eg:Chiranjivi..

It is alleged that corporate houses are running government and the recent cabinet reshuffle is to satisfy them. This proves the Marxist thesis that government or state have a class character. As the current state/ government belongs to capitalist class, it is obvious that corporate houses will guide the state affairs.

No benefits to the nation. Few members of parliament are lucky to have place in ministry this time.

Born to express, not to impress.
