I have both types. You know while we are on formal occasions we generally do not go out in lace less shoes but on casual occasions we feel comfortable in them particularly in summers. I have all kind including loafers, Nagras and sandals. Laced shoes of all shades are part of the dress of a marketing personal.

In south India people mostly use open sandals due to climate.
But he has to compulsory wear shoes in office :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
I know ICICI bank has dress code. Striped shirt and trousers with black shoes, other wise he would use wonne or one (that is known for white south Indian lungi if I remember right)
