I am not sure SJ- I have seen them picking used bottles at railway stations and packing them using water meant for toilet sealing them with cello tape. I am again not sure if railways supply mineral water to toilets in compartments.
I know this happens but i am talking about how the mineral water is made do they add minerals to watres?.

Sanjeev,
In my company we recycle the water with Reverse osmosis and make sure that we have good quality water with permissible limits for drinking.
Practically speaking, very pure water (distilled water) does nothing to the body. only alkaline ph water is helpful for us.
Better stick to branded packaged drinking water like Aquafina and kinley.

Mineral water means pure distil water. Natural and pure water is coconut water and undergroung table water. All other waters contain impurities.
