I have seen most of the policemen don't wear a helmet while driving two wheeler. Is their head somewhat strongly built than normal people or what? :woohoo: :evil:

Made of coconut shell with clay inside. So no need of a helmet to protect brain, which is not inside :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

In my city I think Police men on duty always ride wearing a helmet , most of them wear it...or may be I have not observed enough.Let me do so from tomorrow, just to be sure..

I think the simple answer is that they are not afraid of being caught and pay Rs 100 as penalty or under the table. :laugh:

Yes, I too seen many policemen going on the 2 wheeler without helmet. I feel when they follow the rules then the people will follow

Some times they stop to some one who is following all rules thinking that this person must not have a licence so he is following all rules. :laugh: :laugh:

Yes SJ... They stop everybody, either following rule or not...

But yes sometimes I don't used to wear helmet in city part.. So you can say that.

But i normally don't see them stopping people wearing helmets at least or tying belts in four wheeler otherwise it depends on their mood they may stop anyone on the road. :laugh:

Nope.. They also see number plates.. And they stop my car many times when they see outer city car number plate in city.. But in the end they get nothing as I have all things those needed...

But they surely stop many , even people aren't breaking rule... and also taking money by finding not needed faults.

That means you can wear a helmet in case you have no proper papers to escape them.

He he.. But SJ is right.. Normally they don't stop local vehicles, if helmet and seat belt is on.

Yes that happens except for some special checkings like it happens before and on national holidays - 15th Aug,2nd Oct etc. :laugh:
