When we are going to a textile showroom, we can see a lot of showroom girls who keep on asking, "What do you want?" and will never leave us until we finish shopping. I hate them the most.
Do you like them following you everywhere you go? I feel a lot of discomfort. What about you?

Showroom girls are parts of life. They help attract customers and boost sale. I do not think that they follow you everywhere. They follow you only in shop and help you choosing a product. If you dislike their persuasion, best thing is to tell them that you know what you want and need no help. They will definitely not bother you more.

Never sir...they won't leave us....(in some shops). Even if we touch a dress just to know what material it's made of, suddenly a girl will appear.
What will they do, if 500 girls work together at the same time...they need work :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
I will say a trick about Sale girls.
Suppose, we are going to find a matching dress piece (shawl or blouse piece) and we couldn't find correct one, even after searching a lot. She will say, let me check once more and give that piece to another one. She will check again and find one. If we say no, a third girl will continue that job. They continue the task till we say yes to a particular piece. That piece may be already a rejected one and they try maximum to convince us. Other girls will also support her. Thus, if it's an old lady, she will say yes and by this trick, they fools her
i neither hate them nor like them as sometimes they are helpful but sometimes they are irritating.
once i went to a showroom and i was checking out jeans.as my height is too much and im slim so its not easy for me to find a pair of jeans easily.i was looking for the size on the tag and i did it for 2-3 jeans and suddenly two girls came and asked mam how much range you are looking for i felt very disgusting at that moment.i asked them let me look i will buy what i will like.then she went away and came with 3-4 pair of jeans and said mam they are not much costlier and even will look good.then finally i have to tell them that im looking for size not for prize.so no need for that.it was really awkward.

Most big show room girls never talk to customers unless asked for, they certainly cannot irritate customers and drive them away. Bis showrooms understand this.
i find problems with big showrooms only where minimum 500 will be there. Sometimes 2 or 3 assisting us. We can't just examine clothes if we don't have intension of buying. If we say, I am just going through them, we can see their changed faces. But they help us too. We can't ignore that factor too.
But they never bring clothes from store if we want a particular one. Most big showrooms, they never do it. They just say, not found.

show room girls could be of any age. So they are not aunties even if middle aged. Also saying 'beta' to a customer is bad. They should address as 'sir' or 'maam' only.
As there are all types of people elsewhere, show room girls (or aunties as you say) may be efficient, cooperative or not good at work.
