Yesterday, I was wondering how to shrink my "C" drive. I watched few YouTube videos for information. According to the instructions, I opened the "Disk Management" to shrink my C drive. I saw 5 partition there, but when I open "My Computer" I get only two drive. C and Recovery. I don't know what's wrong with it. If someone knows about it, please help!

I am not sure..
But just right click on them and delete those drives which are not showing from the same place.
After deletion you will able to see them in unallocated space at the bottom, now again right click on it and click on 'New simple volume' and create drive using that option.. you can give whatever name you want to give... After the end of the process you might able to see them on My Computer.

So you took pictures 'before' and 'after' just like they do in Before treatment I was 120 Kg and after treatment I am 70 kg. I lost 50 kg just in a week.
Wait someone will come soon and give you a proper solution.

@AKP
Should I delete those partitions or those are system partitions. See one of those(the third one from the top) even used some space but still not showing up on "My Computer". I am afraid, if I delete any one of those, my system may not work properly. What you say?

Well, windows only have one partition as system partition where windows installed. And that should be your C drive. So
I don't think you will face any problem in that. Deleting it will only make it as unallocated space and you can use that space for creating another drive...
I have one partition which is having nothing on it still it shows it have used some space. So don't worry sometime it shows like that.
I had also tried to do something similar - not exactly the same - some years back after watching videos and tutorials. But then I thought that when I am not an expert in those things, I shouldn't do that. Because, such tutorials may not contain all the nuances that one is likely to stumble upon practically. I hope your problem is solved soon.
I am wondering at so many system drive perhaps some are manufacturers drive partitions which used to store os files.I am not sure..

I don't think so.. There is C drive which include OS files and there is also recovery drive.. No other drive need to store any other system file.. So other drives are temporary one which didn't get any name or located properly.

Agreed, other drives are your choice and created at the time of installation of OS so these could not be coming as part of the system. These are your choices according to your requirement.

Having more drives can be both troublesome and advantageous. It is easy to store stuff at different places so, if a drive needs to be formated, we need to work with lesser stuff. But the problem can be when it comes to maintaining or scanning the drives.
According to your instructions, I have deleted those two partition that were showing before. Now I am facing another problem. After I deleted the partitions, I shrinked the C drive a bit and made another derive, which is showing "Unallocated 108.60GB" But when I am trying to format this unallocated space then an error msg shows up which says "You cannot create a new volume in this unallocated space because the disk already contains the maximum number of partitions"
Question 1 - What to do, and how to resolve this problem?
Next I thought, I should convert the free space I created after deleting those hidden partitions, but it also shows an error msg which says "There is not enough space available on the disk(s) to complete this operation"
Question 2 - Now I completely clueless here, I don't know what to do?
I have called HP customer support 4 times now, and each time after 45 mint talk and quiries, they say we don't provide disk related help (Very frustrating)
I am uploading 3 images. Please help me in this regard
Thanks

I have solve this problem in past, but it may be hard for you.
So I suggest you to download easyus partition tool... Using it you can allocate space to all those unallocated space and free space. Just try it. I have used it in past and it is working.. you can download it from below link.

It should work for sure.. Actually making disk partition is complicating task after windows installation. And using Computer Management tool it is worse. So better use this kind of software ..
You can use this software for all stuff. Making partition, shrinking the partition and many more.

What should I choose from the drop down list. Primary or Logical?

Guess what, I have done that! Awesome! Love this software, but there are some software automatically got installed, which I obviously don't want. I will take care of them. For the moment I am very very very happy and satisfied. Thank you very much AKP :)
God Bless!
