Soya milk is said to contain many useful health benefits. Moreover this is purely vegetarian as it is not obtained from animals. I request members to throw some light on the significance of soya milk, its availability in market and price.

Am not sure of the price and availability, but it is definitely a nutritive food source as it is rich in proteins, B vitamins and a good alternative to lactose-cow's milk..
Sridevi- I found by surfing on net that Amul manufactures soya milk. But I have not found soya milk at shops at Agra. You have given useful comments on soya milk.

i think soya milk is available in villages only
pradeep.bolisetty - some people here come from villages also. But nobody seems to have taken soya milk. It appears this is not popular and is used by very few people. Most take animal milk.
