Anyways, to answer your quesry Deven, I think the voting is set to Indian time. I have won a few polls and used to count them too, so I think it is IST. I think,as this issue was raised before,and at that time,maverick cleared us that the site is been operated from US,that's why there is change in Server time. So,that's why moderator would had thought that,its useless to extend this topic.
yes sasi you are correct as this question has already raised and that time admin cleared the doubt as the site server time is based on US timming. So there is no use of continuing discussion on same topic.
